Its properties included ARK MORI BUILDING, AKASAKA TAMEIKE TOWER, KOURAKU MORI BUILDING, Atago Green Hills, ROPPONGI HILLS MORI TOWER, LAFORET HARAJUKU, ROPPONGI VIEW TOWER, ROPPONGI FIRST PLAZA and MOTOAZABU HILLS. Its asset manager is Mori Building Investment Management Co., Ltd. The Company notificates its intention to incorporate the Investment Corporation under the Investment Trust Law Article 69-1 on January 27, 2006. The Investment Corporation was then registered and incorporated under Investment Trust Law Article 166. It is listed on the J-REIT Securities Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on November 30, 2006.
